Wet specimen care - 

wet specimens have been injected and fixed using formalin, they are left in formalin for an amount of time varying for each size. Once fixed specimens are kept in isopropyl alcohol which they can remain in forever. 

I do not sent specimens in liquid so this needs to be obtained, I can help you source this if needed. 

When you receive your specimen it will be wrapped inside a container. All you need to do is unwrap it, return it to the container or one of your own, position it how you like (it won't be posable) and then top up with your isopropyl.
